  • Do you store my card details?

    No, we don’t store customer card details. If your card information pre-fills at checkout it’s likely your browser storing the card details.
  • What's your return and refund policy?

    Due to the nature of the perishable items we deliver, we will generally not accept returns. If we do, we do not request to send the product back to us. To start a return or for any return question, you can contact us at hello@freybors.com.
  • When do you take the order payment?

    As soon as you confirm your order we take payment via our secure payment gateway.
  • Which cards do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards.
