  • Can I place an order without an account?

    Yes, please just go through the checkout process and we will ask you for your email and where to send your order confirmation email. If later you decide to sign up, you can find all the orders associated with your email under your account page.
  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, we will send you a tracking code once DPD picks up your order. You’ll be able to enter the code on their website or in their APP to get delivery updates. You can download the DPD app on Apple's App Store or Google Play.
  • How do I cancel my order?

    To cancel your order email us at hello@freybors.com or call us on 0208 166 2688. We can only cancel your order if it’s more than 5 days before the set delivery date.
  • How do I reschedule my order?

    You can reschedule your order from the order confirmation page. To access this page go to the order confirmation email you received when you placed the order and click the ‘View your order’ button.
