• Damages and issues

  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Do you deliver to my area?

  We deliver all across the UK apart from Northern Ireland and remote parts of Scotland.

• Do you offer free delivery?

  Yes, we offer free delivery for all orders above £60.

• How do you deliver?

  Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Thurday will be delivered 2 days later. Orders placed between 3:00pm Thursday and Sunday 3:00pm will be delivered on Tuesday.

• How much is delivery?

  £3.95 for orders between £40 and £59.99

• Is there a minimum order value?

  Yes, £40.

• Refunds

  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• What happens if I miss my delivery?

  Unfortunately, meat is perishable so re-deliveries cannot be attempted for health and safety reasons. Please ensure you’re at home to receive your package.
